Identity is the control plane for modern cloud applications. KalyTrex helps organisations structure workforce, application and workload access around clear authentication and authorisation boundaries.
Typical work includes identity-provider integration, single sign-on using SAML or OpenID Connect, multi-factor authentication, application identities, workload identities, role-based access control and the access model between users, applications and cloud resources.
We also help diagnose the practical problems that appear around identity integrations: redirect and federation configuration, application permissions, deployment identities, secrets, certificate use and the difference between authentication succeeding and a user actually being authorised to perform an action.
Cloud security extends beyond identity, so the same work can include secrets management, network boundaries, least-privilege access, security hardening and secure service-to-service authentication. The aim is to make secure access understandable and operable rather than burying it in a collection of provider-specific settings.
